The methodology is a meta-study. Its latest edition drew on up to 700 global sources and screened roughly 2.35 million companies, measuring each against as many as 660 data points and 180 individual features. Companies cannot apply, cannot commission the research, and cannot influence the outcome through submissions or payment – a distinction that separates this certification from most employer rankings. Placement in the top 1% is a benchmarked result, weighed against employers everywhere.
