Reputation Strategy Finder maps the exact situation – for a person or a company – to the strategy that fits it, and returns a plan to act on immediately, with no sales call required
We are launching Reputation Strategy Finder, a new tool on our website that builds a risk protection strategy around your specific situation. In four short questions, it maps where you are now to what you should prioritize first – and what to add.
Digital-risk related situations are rarely the same, and it can be really hard to navigate the services and figure out exactly what is needed. A public scandal, an outdated story that no longer matches who you are, a name that moves the business, a background check on the horizon, or a profile you are building from scratch – each calls for a different response. Sometimes you don’t have the time or desire for long conversations; you just want to understand the plan. That is why we built Reputation Strategy Finder to work with particular situations, not generic templates.

It asks four things: who it is for – a person, a company, or both; what the situation is right now; how visible it is; and how fast it needs to be handled. From those answers, it returns a strategy calibrated to both the problem and the timeline, and focused on the channels where you are most exposed – search, social and forums, AI answers, and media, the same surfaces our platform monitors every day.
Learn more about Reputation Strategy Finder
We tested Reputation Strategy Finder against real cases before opening it up. In 93% of those cases, the strategy the tool recommended was the one the client went on to sign. For the remaining 7%, its recommendation was a strong starting point that we refined in a short consultation – either an alternative approach or add-ons to what the tool suggested.
"When your name or your brand is under pressure, timing decides the outcome. Too often, the first thing someone looking for help runs into is a form – book a call, schedule a meeting, wait for someone to get back to you. We built this to remove that wait. In a few minutes a user gets a clear read on the situation and a plan they can act on now, so they know how to lower the risk before the first conversation, not after it,"
said Kristina Shinkareva, CEO of Reputation House.
Reputation Strategy Finder is open to everyone, no registration and no sales call. Four questions, and you get a strategy built around your situation, not a template.
